One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist in North Macedonia, Portugal, or Colombia.

You'll design, implement, and evaluate engaging learning experiences for individual contributors and leaders, aligned with clear career progression paths. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage instructional design best practices and data-driven insights to enhance performance and development. Accountabilities:
Design and deliver interactive training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules across technical, core, and leadership skills
Align learning initiatives with internal career frameworks and business objectives
Manage learning platforms and digital tools, ensuring smooth access to training content and tracking participation
Measure the effectiveness of learning through assessments, surveys, and performance data, and iterate based on results
Curate internal resources and identify external content to support ongoing learning and role transitions
Collaborate with teams across the organization to assess learning needs and define priorities
Support core HR initiatives including performance reviews, goal-setting processes, and associated reporting
Requirements
4 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or related fields, ideally within tech or remote-first environments
Solid background in instructional design and adult learning principles. Experience with LMS platforms and online training tools is a strong plus
Ability to track and analyze learning impact using data and clearly communicate results
Highly organized with excellent project management skills in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace
Strong communication skills and fluency in English, with the ability to engage employees at all levels and across cultures
Comfortable working autonomously in a distributed, multicultural team
