My client, based in Lisbon is looking for German speakers to support businesses sell and promote more through their social media shopping channel. You'll be given fully paid training on how to support businesses, based in Germany, sell more and you'll gain first hand experience in how this social giant works. Its a clock sounding social channel by the way.

Key tasks include:

• Handling customer, seller, and creator queries across phone, chat, and messaging
• Investigating issues, resolving complaints, and escalating when needed
• Collaborating with internal teams and logging cases accurately
• Contributing to long-term seller engagement and community trust

Compensation & Benefits: - A package worth €23k

• €1270 gross monthly salary x12
• €7.17/day meal allowance
• €300 loyalty bonus every 3 months
• €870 holiday bonus
• €870 Christmas bonus
• €120/month performance bonus

• €3,000 signing bonus (paid in instalments over 24 months) - First €1k paid after 1st month

Relocation support

• €400 per month for 4 months in a relocation package 'bonus' tax free
• Pay your flight ticket back up to the value of €200 after 3 months

Must Haves

• C2 level of German
• B2 level of English
• Right to live and work in Portugal
