Position Summary

Leverage data analytics capabilities to deliver local data and position management support, executing organizational management, compensation, and HR master data activities within defined SLAs and standards (Quality, time, accuracy, and compliance). Utilize data analytics techniques to track and identify data quality issues across all systems, providing guidance to markets on improving their overall data quality score. Act as an advisory partner to markets, utilizing data-driven insights and expert guidance to help them make informed decisions and drive strategic outcomes.

A day in the life of...

  • Ensure data consistency at market level. Ensure consistency between position titles and local grade levels
  • Be the local representative to run the Organization Management and Mass changes process steps
  • Create request for mass changes upload in SF-EC and complete required fields
  • Create, update and deactivate positions and attributes in the off-cycle position management process
  • Deliver the service to HRBPs, LM’s and EEs within the defined SLAs in line with the Standard Routines
  • Identify improvement opportunities on data governance and liaise with Global Team on how to implement them
  • Work together with HRBPs, HRBS and Line Managers to improve the consistency and efficiency of the HR activities
  • Contribute to the Continuous Improvement of the E2E service and related HR projects
  • Proactive Data Quality Monitoring, Headcount Reporting & Reconciliation, Cross system checks, PEA advisory
  • Cross market coherency checks

What Will Make You Successful

  • University Degree level education or equivalent.
  • 3 to 4 years’ experience in Human Resources in Nestlé or within another FMCG
  • OM Certification or experience with position & organizational data
  • Hands-on experience in Success Factors-EC, SAP HR & Payroll systems.
  • Experience with KPIs (Creation and use of metrics)
  • Local employment law & labor regulations
  • Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Power Bi data visualization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a multinational and virtual team
