Position Summary

The NBS Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) is looking for a CRM Deployment Specialist to provide a good customer experience for all Nestlé's clients by deploying the campaigns of the brands and working on different communication channels.

A day in the life of...

• Work with the Nestlé’s brands to create email, push notification, and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategy.
• HTML creation based on templates including revising and making changes/corrections when necessary.
• Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool.
• Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands.
• Create A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore deliverability.
• Monitor campaigns and create KPI reports.
• Ensure campaigns’ deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPIs.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external international stakeholders.

What will make you successful

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar.
• Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (e.g., MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Klavyio).
• Knowledge of HTML or CSS.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods.
• Good analytical skills.
• Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus).
• Passion for the Digital Marketing field.
• Ability to communicate with different stakeholders.
