Position Overview

We are building a new Finance Excellence Center in Lisbon (Portugal) to support our recent acquired (SaaS) companies and future acquisitions. The Excellence Center in Lisbon will support HR, Finance and other functions. The company is currently implementing a new ERP tool (NetSuite) and reviewing the current processes to improve and automate our Finance operations.

We are seeking a Treasury Specialist to join our team to support the Record to Report process. We are looking for someone that has the experience to be able to work hands-on, contribute to the setup of new Centre as well is highly motivated to contribute to Continues Process Improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Key contributor in the setup of the Finance Excellence Centre.

• Cash and Liquidity Management
  
  
  

Monitor daily cash balances across multiple accounts and entities.

Prepare and analyse short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.

Ensure optimal liquidity by managing intercompany cash movements and funding needs.

• Treasury Operations
  
  
  

Payment Processing (ensure timely processing of vendor payments, payroll and intercompany transfers)

Support the implementation and maintenance of treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP integrations

• Financial Analysis and Reporting
  
  
  

Prepare regular treasury reports

Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business teams to support strategic initiatives.

Provide insights on working capital optimization and cost-saving opportunities.

• Strategic Projects and Process Improvement
  
  
  

Partner with cross-functional teams to implement automation and streamline treasury processes.

Research and implement best practices in treasury management for the tech industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related
• Relevant experience and track record in an international Finance environment/Share
• Service Centre setup is a plus. Good understanding of applicable European GAAP and IFRS
• Fluency in English and valued other European Language
