SPA Manager (M/F)

You must ensure that treatments, aesthetic procedures, equipment and facilities comply with company standards and hygiene and safety regulations.

Duties and responsibilities:

Lead and manage the SPA team;

Develop, implement and manage the SPA;

Implement standards to the SPA department;

Oversee cleanliness of the SPA;

Provide training to the team;

Boost sales, always ensuring excellent service;

Budget preparation and management;

Profile and Requirements:

Professional experience in similar functions, with minimum 2 years experience;

Minimum secondary education;

Technical course for massage therapist (mandatory)

Knowledge of foreign languages (English - requirement; other languages - preferred);

Good communication and organization skills;

Strong customer orientation;

Team spirit, flexibility, dynamism and proactivity;

Ease of interaction with the team.
