Maintenance Handyman - Herdade dos Grous (m/f)

We're looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join our maintenance team.

If you're passionate about problem-solving and have experience in different maintenance areas like electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry, this opportunity is for you. Ensure the smooth running of our facilities, from preventative and corrective maintenance of buildings to equipment, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Preventative and corrective maintenance of building infrastructure;
• Daily maintenance, complying with work orders and defined preventative maintenance plans;
• Cleaning of pavements, signage, benches, treatment of wood, stainless steel, etc.;
• Carrying out minor electrical work;
• Other tasks inherent to the role.

For this position, it is desirable to have:

• Previous professional experience in similar roles;
• Basic knowledge in performing electrical work;
• Knowledge of civil construction;
• Ability to organise work independently;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Holder of a driving licence;
• Sense of responsibility and initiative;
• Availability to work rotating shifts (including night shifts);
• Knowledge of the English language.
