Private Vila Hostess (M/F) - (Faro)

**Sou uma empresa**:Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa We are looking for a hardworking and warm-hearted person to provide preparatory support for the private Villas and care of our guests in one of our guesthouses. This position is an absolute position of trust requiring an excellent reputation and very good references. THE POSITION - Organising and ensuring the running of the entire household; - Leading a family team of up to 12 people; - Coordination and cooperation with other VILA VITA departments; - Coordination with F&B area a creative breakfast, lunch and dinner meals; - Ensuring personalised service to invited private guests; - Looking after guests (incentive groups) on a weekly basis and organising (if necessary also accompanying) local excursions; - Guest care in case of illness or accident (doctor, hospital, pharmacy); - Supervising and supporting, with the due cleaning work in the interior and exterior areas; - Ensuring maintenance of the in-house car; - Guarantee the standards compliance; - Ensure satisfaction and loyalty through the professional and proactive attitude, in order to anticipate and exceed the needs and expectations of the provision of service and quality to customers. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS - At least 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience from a similar position (Butlter, others); - Impeccable reputation and very good references from previous employers; - knowledge in F&B management and operation; - English, fluent in spoken and written (mandatory); Car driving licence.
