Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates employee relations programs to ensure compliance with local policies and practices, develops and implements policies and procedures, and researches and responds to employee questions, concerns and grievances.
Maintains employee relations records.
Collaborates with European Talent Relations partners on specific internal compliance projects
Coordinates with Talent Operations to ensure human resources programs are administered locally.
Closely collaborates with the finance team and prepares the specific data used by the payroll team.
Maintain the employee personal files according to policy and legal requirements
Issue all relevant employment documentation (onboarding, job change, all kinds of leaves and returns, offboarding, etc)
Follows and completes the legal requirements related to local Labour Code requirements
Updating and maintaining internal HRIS (Workday) data up to date and ensure processes efficiency
Administration of benefits and local Talent operational needs
Providing day to day advice to employees on general Talent related queries, Policies and Procedures, and Labor Law
Issuing employment certificates per request
Preparation of Talent specific reports
Identifying opportunities for process improvement, challenges the status-quo, and provides guidelines and best practices
Participation in local and global Talent innovation programs with the aim to create the best employee experience
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR generalist role or similar position.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Advanced communication skills in English
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
