Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Partner to markets' CRM Manager prior their briefing operation process. You act as an advisor and partner with a group of 8-10 markets.
• Manage the successful deployment of CX and CRM initiatives/plans for markets on local solutions (non-centrally managed markets); and support the deployment/activation across global platforms managed by global operational teams.
• Review with markets that all global CRM campaigns and initiatives are implemented in each market according to regional strategic priorities and calendar, on time and with quality.
• Support markets in their briefing by facilitating collaboration with operational team in campaigns set ups (Daily meeting organization, capabilities checking)
• Provide recommendations in markets CRM campaign and strategy to drive adoption and retention.
• Organize workshops and provide active recommendations and define customer journeys in line with each market legal framework.
• Provide recommendations to the markets regarding segmentation and audience targeting ensuring consistency with global strategy pre-briefing.
• Identify & share markets best practices.
• Support the market in resolving any bottleneck (data issue/request, audience requests, platform issues, other digital channels); identify relevant stakeholders needed and own/lead the requested project until resolved.
• Build CRM monthly performance report and provide markets with recommendation for metrics improvement when needed. Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience activating strategies to personalize CRM at scale.
• 3 years of marketing experience, specifically in CRM and Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of MarTech capabilities in CRM solutions (like Salesforce, Adobe).
• Strong understanding of campaign management and marketing automation.
• Work experience in a consumer-facing organization, preferably FMCG or another global brand.
• Good understanding of Commercial Route-to-Market and Channel Roles in CX.
• Experience marketing restricted products a definite plus.
• Experience in managing multitouch / omnichannel / online-to-offline campaigns would be advantageous.
• Ability to work in culturally diverse teams across multiple languages.
• Strong project management, organization, and documentation skills.
• Collaborative in nature: a team player who is experienced in developing very strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and can successfully work independently.
• Critical thinking, able to recognize business opportunities and turn these into growth.
• Data driven oriented, ability to identify gaps and opportunities as best practices based on data.
• Intermediate (B1) or higher proficiency in English.
