Your Role
Weeekly checking of stocks and keep them under control (clean technician stocks based on spare parts utilisation and job closed).
Taking care of local logistics (all packages which arive and leave from local workshop must be handle by the planner and he/she needs to have an inventory of all AWB for a better transability).
Providing monthly report to local HR and OSV regarding hours report of all technicians.
Taking care of Fiscal Residency Certificates which has to be translated and sent monthly to each customer which require it.
Keep close contract with all the customers that require additional information for some particular tool which was in our local service or in CSW - customer support skills.
Ensure that all planned service requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Set priorities and keep a flexibility in the planning as well as handling emergency requests.
To succeed, you will need
Education: university degree, min. secondary school graduation
Languages: local, level:fluent English, level: min. intermediate
Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
Min. 2 years of relevant
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Good communication skills for working with technicians, customers, and suppliers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Customer service experience and a proactive attitude.
