You are organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting processes that directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the success of the sales team. You are proactive, with a can-do attitude, and take pride in delivering a great customer experience. Day-to-day, you will: Collaborate with the sales team to support the achievement of sales objectives through high-quality administrative and operational assistance. Manage sales documentation, process purchase orders (POs), and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems. Respond to customer queries, coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth order fulfilment process, and help resolve administrative issues. Support Account Managers with preparing quotes, tender responses, and reports, ensuring timely and effective communication across teams. Your skills and experiences might also include: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and maintain collaborative relationships. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage a diverse workload effectively. E xperience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and understanding the importance of accurate data management. A customer-centric mindset, showing empathy and responsiveness to customer needs.
