About you: You are a passionate and experienced frontend engineer who thrives in building modern, scalable web applications using React and the latest web technologies. You have a deep understanding of frontend architecture, UI/UX best practices, and creating seamless, performant user experiences. You are comfortable working in cloud-based environments (preferably Microsoft Azure) and collaborating closely with backend, product, and design teams. You take pride in writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, love working in an agile team, and are excited to build shared frontend capabilities that will power a broad portfolio of applications, including AI-driven user experiences. Day-to-day, you will: · Design, build, and maintain scalable, reusable frontend components and applications using React. · Develop shared frontend services, libraries, and design systems used across a portfolio of apps. · Work closely with UX/UI designers and product teams to bring seamless user experiences to life. · Integrate frontend applications with APIs and AI-driven services. · Write clean, testable, and efficient code, following best practices and modern patterns (e.g., hooks, context, state management). · Collaborate with DevOps and backend teams to ensure smooth CI/CD workflows and cloud deployments. · Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions. · Continuously improve performance, accessibility, and usability of the applications. · Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in React and frontend development. · Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and quality. As a well-rounded Senior Developer, your Skills and Experiences likely include: · Extensive hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6 ). · Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns, component design, and state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API). · Experience with modern CSS frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TailwindCSS, CSS-in-JS, BEM). · Solid understanding of API integration (REST, GraphQL) and authentication flows. · Experience building responsive, accessible (WCAG compliant), and performant web applications. · Practical knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). · Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, code versioning tools (Git), and cloud hosting (preferably Azure or similar). · Exposure to integrating AI-driven features (such as intelligent search, recommendations, chatbots) into frontend applications is a plus. · Strong communication skills and experience working closely with backend, design, and product teams.
