Your Role & Responsibilities

·       Financial Planning & Analysis – Conducting financial analysis and planning for portfolio companies and the holding entity.

·       Portfolio Valuation & Controlling – Performing monthly market value assessments and managing controlling tasks.

·       Budgeting & Reporting – Supporting the budget process at both holding and group levels and preparing standard financial reports.

·       Process Optimization & Automation – Enhancing reporting efficiency and automating financial processes.

·       Cross-functional Collaboration – Working with various teams on financial projects and strategic initiatives.

Your Profile

We are looking for a finance professional who brings:

·       A degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a technical field.

·       3 years of experience in controlling, accounting, or financial planning.

·       Strong financial reporting and controlling knowledge.

·       Experience with IFRS/GAAP accounting standards.

·       Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint

·       Power BI for reporting and data analysis. (Power BI knowledge is a plus).

·       Experience in reading cash flow and working with SAP data (SAP knowledge is a plus).

·       Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

·       Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

·       English fluency (speaking & writing).
