Skills & Experience We Value:

• Extensive Hands-On Expertise in Salesforce:
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning framework
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein and Commerce Cloud (nice to have)
• Technical Skills:
• Version control (GIT) and platforms like GitLab/GitHub
• Software design patterns, web application, and web services architectures
• Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing tools
• Designing and deploying low-code/no-code applications
• Proficiency with Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools
• Additional Knowledge:
• Performance tuning and scaling applications
• Cloud platforms and deployment pipelines via GitHub
• Monitoring tools and asynchronous messaging platforms
• Agile and lean methodologies

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, or equivalent
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Platform App Builder, Administrator)
• Advanced English skills (written, spoken, listening); German knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a sense of ownership
