Responsibilities
Manage the Product Backlog and prioritize Product Backlog Items
Translate product strategy and customer feedback into actionable tasks
Develop and maintain a product roadmap balancing strategic goals and short-term needs
Monitor product progress through customer feedback and data analysis
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and end-users to set expectations
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer support, operations, and finance
Employ Customer Experience techniques to define product requirements
Work closely with Agile teams to deliver value with every iteration
Create a cohesive strategy aligned with broader company objectives
Travel to customer locations and industry events as necessary
Develop a deep understanding of the business environment and market trends
Facilitate discussions with various stakeholders to ensure alignment
Assist in shaping the overall product strategy and vision
Foster relationships with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback
Evaluate and implement best practices in product management
Engage in ongoing learning and adaptation of Agile methodologies
Requirements
5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
Experience in Sourcing and Procurement or Finance environments
Understanding of Software as a Service solutions
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and iterative development
Capability to create a product vision and strategic roadmap
Experience working with data analytics or data platforms
Strong ability to communicate effectively within a complex environment
Competency in monitoring product progress and evaluating customer feedback
Familiarity with customer-facing product design and launch processes
Fluency in English for effective communication
Nice to have
Certification in Agile methodologies
Knowledge of data engineering principles
Experience with data lakes and data platforms
Background in project management practices
Familiarity with customer experience optimization techniques
