Lead Data Strategist (BI IGaming)

Location: Ukraine: Remote / Hybrid | Open to candidates from Malta and Romania

We're looking for a data leader to drive smarter decisions across our client's iGaming business. You’ll shape our client's data vision, lead analytics projects, and guide junior talent while working with modern tools like SQL, Airflow, dbt, Metabase, and Python.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines and dashboards
• Uncover trends and deliver insights to support product and leadership decisions
• Define and monitor key business metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align data initiatives with company goals
• Mentor analysts and help grow data culture

What you bring:

• 5 years in analytics (preferably at least 3 of them in the iGaming)
• Strong SQL experience with dbt, Airflow, and data modeling
• Knowledge of BI tools (Metabase, Tableau), and scripting in Python or R
• Strategic mindset, strong communicator, and team leader
