YOUR TASKS

• Processing the purchased parts complaints in accordance with Forvia procedures;
• Following up supplier 8D reports (technical) regarding content and timing;
• Perform 8D evaluation (technical) (e.g. in SAP);
• Responsible for the Release of ISIR/PPAP documentation for internal (Intercompany) and external suppliers with physical validation;
• Management of not conforming purchased parts including intercompany parts (ERP and physically) and coordinate the further actions (e.g. rework, sorting, etc.);
• Escalation to management level in case of relevant quality risks which cannot be resolved by the supplier.
• Collect the complaint related costs (e.g. in SAP) including all documents (e.g. invoices, test reports, etc.);
• Negotiate NQE chargebacks with the supplier;
• Implement and manage supplier development program;
• Initiating escalation and take the lead according to the escalation process for suppliers (responsibility matrix escalation);
• Analysis of customer complaints in corporation with Customer Service Center;
• Plan, coordinate and conduct the process audits in accordance with current standards and track the suppliers audit action plan in agreement with the supervisor.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in English;
• German is a plus;
• Technical Bachelor degree;
• Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings and test reports;
• Fluent in Office Applications;
• Work experience in automotive area minimum 5 years;
• IATF 16949/ISO 9001 and VDA 6.3 knowledge;
• Good knowledge of quality core tools;
• Ability to work with teams from other functional areas;
• SAP knowledge (QM/PDM);
• Preferably experience as SQA engineer.
