Quality Assurance and Internal Control Specialist (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

• Create a knowledge base for quality assurance cross processes
• Integrate advanced quality analytics tools/ best practices to proactively monitor trends and identify deviations from established quality benchmarks
• Design, implement, and monitor internal control systems to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular checks or audits, identify risks, and recommend improvements to mitigate vulnerabilities in processes
• Document, update, and maintain workflows, SOPs, and related process documentation for accuracy and efficiency
• Develop quality KPIs, provide support for dashboards design, and track progress
• Establish periodic reviews of key quality processes to ensure scalability and adaptability to business growth

What makes you great

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in business-level English
• Certification or proven knowledge in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Internal Auditor Certification is a strong advantage
• Proficient in SAP modules, Microsoft Office Suite, and Visio
• Experience with process description, mapping, improvement, understanding of software solution design, development, and implementation
