Front-Back Office Analyst - German Speaker (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

• Ensuring the necessary documentation for patient files by requesting documents, verifying/confirming received documents and distributing them electronically to the appropriate departments
• Entering customer data into the system and making orders related to the received prescriptions
• Processing prescriptions in accordance with the requirements from the insurance companies
• Analyzes customer complaints and requests and proposes solutions. Request approvals when necessary
• Updating documentation and work procedures, informing the manager and teammates about changes/updates; maintains the quality in the required standards and constantly improves the performance of the processes
• Making regular calls to patients/family members in order to recover the equipment needed for the therapy. Making calls as needed in order to clarify/complete the necessary information

What makes you great

• You have great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Mandatory advanced level of German language (B2-C)
• Further, good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required in this role
• Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferential)
• You have customer support / customer service experience
• Detailed oriented and problem-solving skills
• You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation projects
