Customer Retention Specialist (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

• Customer screening to identify cylinder movements and ordering cycles
• Customer evaluation to determine income from previous year and potential for current year
• Preparation of offer proposal and scenario to retain the customer
• Telephonic discussions with the customer to discuss the concerns of the customer and propose the best fit for the customer
• Creation of usage contracts and distribution to the customers
• Price adjustments based on discussions and documents received from the customers

What makes you great

• You have great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good negotiation skills suit your profile
• Mandatory advanced level of German language (B2 /C1)
• Moreover you have good knowledge of MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Equivalent knowledge and experience using ERP systems is required
• Focus on customer satisfaction, as well as detailed oriented and problem-solving skills
• You have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and to learn fast and adapt easily
