Content Review Specialist in Regulatory Affairs

Contract Duration: April to December 31 (9 months)

Kelly FSP, on behalf of one of our top pharmaceutical clients, is looking for Content Review Specialist.

Role Overview: As a Content Review Specialist, you will support the review of advertising promotional materials, ensuring compliance with EU regulatory laws, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform compliance reviews of promotional assets and claims.
• Collaborate with global and regional content compliance teams.
• Validate accuracy, relevancy, and appropriateness of submissions.
• Provide directional guidance and ensure all process and system trainings are complete.
• Participate in copy approval meetings and strive to meet review deadlines.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in medical or scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of business experience, with at least 1 year in a regulated environment (e.g. medical devices, pharmaceuticals) - worked with research data and/or scientific ideas.
• Proof of English language skills (e.g. Cambridge “Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE” or degree from university program held in English).
• Familiarity with Regulatory Affairs.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in AMP, MS Office, and project management tools.
