Due to our continuous growth, PQE Group is seeking a Freelance Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support our projects in Romania. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Romanian regulatory national procedures and be fluent in Romanian.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide regulatory expertise and guidance on Romanian national procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ANMDMR regulations and support regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with ANMDMR and other relevant authorities as needed.
• Assist in documentation, review, and approval processes.
• Stay up to date with changes in Romanian regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Regulatory Affairs within the Romanian market.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian national regulatory procedures and ANMDMR regulations.
• Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently as a freelancer.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Freelancer status required (only independent contractors will be considered).
