Your Impact
As a Software Engineer in the IT Operations Management (ITOM) team, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our Asset Manager (AM) product—a solution that helps enterprises optimize and control their IT assets. You will work on improving performance, ensuring seamless functionality, and collaborating with a team that manages both development and escalated support. What The Role Offers
- Develop and design new features while building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Handle customer escalations and tickets, supporting professional services and technical support teams.
- Define and disseminate technology best practices, ensuring a proactive approach to new solutions and innovation.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in calls with support and customers to investigate technical issues and communicate fix plans.
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Telecommunications, etc.) or equivalent experience (3 years).
- Solid understanding of fundamental design and architecture patterns such as n-tier, Publish/Subscribe, REST, MVC, and Data Access (OR/M, DAO, etc.).
- Hands-on programming and debugging skills in Java, with experience in the Spring framework, Message Queues, and containerized development.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and automation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in large-scale, multi-tier software applications.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes, business needs, and technical knowledge. Teamwork is key to success.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud is a plus.
