We have an exciting opportunity to join our Global Resourcing Hub. Supported by HR Professionals, you will be providing high quality, effective, and efficient HR administrative services to our UK Based permanent employees and contractors.

The role is focused on administration, checking background documentation, issuing contracts, and supporting all right-to-work checks and wider HR admin tasks for UK Permanent Employees and Contractors.


We are looking for a well-versed in HR admin professional who is highly organized and has a proven ability to plan and prioritize work both independently and as part of the team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate great attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a flexible approach to work.

  • To liaise with future new hires (UK contractors and perms) and help with onboarding queries such as collecting personal documentation as part of the UK rights to work checks, along with previous employment references and other supporting documentation.
  • To advise on and verify all the documents required for the employee record.
  • To undertake contract preparation, issue and signature with UK-based permanent employees and contractors, managing the process of receiving all relevant documents end-to-end.
  • To manage through the completion all contract amendments such as changes to main attributes, contract extensions or end-of-contract processes.
  • To embrace any new activity related to the Global Resourcing Hub – we are continuously expanding to new markets.


Do you have what we're looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a Shared Services/Global Business Services (GBS) work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the labour legislation, HR practices and principles in Romania (experience working in UK or other EMEA countries is a plus).
  • Great English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Due to the nature of the role, you must be organized, have very strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Curious, investigative, and open to finding out more about the HR Administrative domain in multiple global markets.
  • Show the ability to adapt, understand how your role fits in, and build positive working relationships.
