We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist in Microsoft O365 Enterprise Apps to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and securing our Microsoft Office 365 environment, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and security across all office applications.

• • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications and services;

  • Implement and enforce security policies and compliance standards within the Microsoft 365 platform;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance productivity using Microsoft 365 Applications;

  • Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of Microsoft 365 services;

  • Stay updated on new Microsoft 365 features and updates and provide recommendations for adoption;

  • Evaluation, testing and implementation new Microsoft Office 365 apps Channel releases - evergreen;

  • Responsible for Microsoft 365 Apps Health, reporting and measures;

  • Responsible for definition, implementation, and operations of Add-ins;

  • 3rd level support of the Microsoft Office 365 apps and Add-ins;

  • Processing of RFCs (Change Requests implementation MS O365 related);

  • ServiceNow Incident and Problem Management (MS O365 related);

Core Domain Skills:

• Proficiency in managing and administrating the MS O365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive;

• Expertise in tenant settings, user and license management, and performance optimization;

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance;

• Analysing licensing costs and proposing recommendations for optimization;

• Continuously improving system reliability, scalability, and performance;

• Creating comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, user guides, and security policies;

• Proficiency in responding to incidents, investigating and resolving issues promptly;

• Customisation and optimisation of solutions using PowerShell Scripting;

Complementary Cross Domain Skills:

• Skills in implementing and managing security measures such as user identity management, access controls, and threat detection systems;

• Good knowledge in agile tools such as JIRA andamp; confluence;

• Fluent English skills (verbal and written), German is a plus;

• Self-driven ability to structure and execute tasks;

• Team Player and good communication skills;

• • University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar educational background;

  • Strong experience integrating Microsoft 365 with other enterprise applications and service;

  • Several years of professional experience with PowerShell Scripting;

  • Hands-on experience with deploying and migrating to Microsoft 365 from on-premises environments or other cloud services;

  • Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams;

  • Several years of professional experience with MS Office 365 Apps and Office 2016;
