• Perform back-office activities meant to identify, analyze, and check conformity level of documents provided by the client.
• Prepare client grouping before discussion with FO - preparation of outreach strategy
• Identify priorities of the day: Monitor client outreach pipeline & deadline to manage cases to follow in the day
• Doc collection preparation: Review the list of outstanding Global and Local private requirements requested in the tools
• Engage the client to obtain the missing requirements sent by email (reminders by phone and mail)
• Explain rationale to clients in case of push back and manage client calls if needed
• Doc collection verification: Control received client documents are meeting requirements
• Escalate blocking or complex case to stakeholders with expected action plan and follow up
• Monitoring of the team portfolio via KYC Reporting (pipeline, priority, deadline, capacity, alerts, case allocation & contacts...)
• Good understanding KYC notions and specific regulations (ex. Client Onboarding & Review, knowledge of Global Know Your Client (KYC) and KYC Policy, etc.) – preferably, 1-2 years previous experience in banking
• French and English are mandatory (minimum B2 - written and reading)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to clearly interact with stakeholders, levering business, and compliance knowledge to enable risk management well balanced with business development
• Process improvement approach/ contribution to overall process transformation (ideas generation, solution testing)
• Accountability for the analysis results determining further business decisions (client onboarding, risk management resolutions in case of high-risk clients, etc.)
• Capability to identify creative & compliant solutions for specific cases to enable resolution
• Organization and attention to details, management of daily tasks in a structured manner
• Team spirit, flexibility, and openness to change.
• At least 12 months of experience in KYC activities– ENT/PRO, last evaluation carried out by the manager with the result at least “In line with expectations”
