Python Developer (Payment Processing)

Description

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join the payment processing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining software solutions that support secure and efficient payment transactions. 

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications for payment processing systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Integrate payment gateways, APIs, and third-party services.

• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of payment platforms.

• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

• Support troubleshooting and bug fixes for production systems. • Contribute to documentation, including technical specifications and user guides. 

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

• Experience with payment processing systems, gateways, and APIs.

• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM libraries (SQLAlchemy).

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Podman) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
