Senior Data Engineer (AI/ML models & Azure tools)

Your Role: Provide development and support for implementing AI based solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.

As Senior Data Engineer you will:

● Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various applications, including but not limited to natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics

● Develop and maintain robust and scalable AI/ML pipelines, ensuring efficient data processing, model training, and deployment.

● Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI/ML models to ensure accuracy and reliability.

● Monitor and maintain AI/ML systems in production, addressing performance issues and implementing necessary updates.

● Contribute to the development of best practices for AI/ML development and deployment.

● Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and techniques that can improve the data engineering ecosystem and efficiency.

● Document AI/ML models, pipelines, and processes for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

What about you?

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

● 5 years of experience as a Senior Data Engineer or a related role.

● Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.

● Experience working with Microsoft cloud services like Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Open AI, AI Vision.

● Experience with programming languages such as Node.JS or Python.

● Proactive and with the ability to take the lead when required.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

● Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Preferred qualifications:

● Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

● Experience with Microsoft Azure

● Experience with AI integrations.

● Experience in dealing with large volumes of data.

● Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques.
