This internship program is an excellent opportunity for aspiring IT professionals to gain hands-on experience in M365 universe within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

💡 Important details about the application process: After applying, if you are selected for the next step, the first stage will be an HR video interview, which will also include a small assessment that you will need to complete on the spot.

Who Can Apply:

• Students or recent graduates with a passion for IT.
• Individuals pursuing studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office apps and Windows OS is recommended.

Our next colleague will have:

• A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
• Basic understanding of M365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Awareness of M365 ecosystem and cloud concepts.
• Basic troubleshooting of MS Office issues.
• Understanding of DNS, connectivity issues, VPNs, etc.
• Ability to follow logical troubleshooting steps.
• Awareness of scripting concepts and readiness to learn basic commands.
• Basic troubleshooting.

What we expect from you:

• An advanced level of English.
• Must be able to work on all types of operating systems platforms.
• Familiarity with logical schemes in IT processes, with the ability to understand and create technical workflows.
• Analytical and inquiring mind.
• Understanding what M365 is: cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office apps) is a plus.
• Comfort with reading or running basic scripts under supervision
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with web portals, admin panels (like M365 Admin Center) with be a major plus

What you can learn: Under the mentorship of a Microsoft Certified Trainer, supported by our Professional Services team and experienced M365 Engineers, interns will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to:

• Introduction to Microsoft Exchange Admin, SharePoint Admin, and Teams Admin portals.
• Managing users and licenses.
• Working in the M365 Admin Center.
• MFA, conditional access basics, password resets, identity lifecycle.
• Running scripts provided by senior engineers.
• Understanding how automation helps streamline M365 tasks.
• Guided learning to Microsoft fundamentals.
• Exposure to real client environments and structured feedback from mentors.
