Digital Workplace Platforms Professional Services Manager

Job Description

Part of Stefanini's Infrastructure Services (INFRA) division, the Digital Workplace Platform (DWP) team continues to grow, and we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Workplace Platforms Professional Services Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of System Engineers, Consultants, Architects, and Automation Specialists in the implementation, customization, and support of Collaboration and Communication technologies such as Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Telephony & Video-Conferencing Systems, etc.

The type of projects that this teams delivers covers multiple topics such as managed service transitions, technical transformations, implementation and migrations, therefore we are looking for a profile with a solid technical background combined with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a global professional services team located across North America, Europe, and Asia, with a focus on people management activities, workforce planning, and team utilization tracking. Team is mainly located within Europe today but will expand in other geos in the near future.
• People Manager activities covering Annual Performance Reviews and Career Development.
• Workforce Management: understand, prioritize, plan and track team utilization across various ongoing projects, ensuring resources with the right skills get assigned to the right projects.
• Ensure team accurately tracks time needed for customer billing purposes
• Collaborate with Tower Leads and Solution Architects on new projects and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring successful project delivery. Consult on contractual details and feasibility of a solution based on team skillset.
• Participate in customer-facing calls with Product Owners, SMEs, Project Managers, and technical experts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services. Ensure Customer satisfaction for projects delivered with resources from the professional services team.
• Collaborate with other teams and roles to ensure successful project delivery within allocated time and budget.
• Address team escalations related to projects and services delivered.
• Expand the team based on project demand, conduct interviews, and hiring processes in collaboration with the recruitment team.
• Establish mentoring initiatives and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities and capacity.
• Coordinate and drive with the team the development of various artefacts like architecture and design documents, technical e-books, project deliverables, workshops, etc.
• Have a broad understanding of Stefanini"s Modern Enterprise Services portfolio and technology landscape.
  
  

Job Requirements

Requirments

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in delivering technical projects related to Communication and Collaboration platforms (M365, Exchange, SharePoint). Technical expertise in configuring and customizing digital workplace collaboration platforms.
• Several years of demonstrated experience in IT Outsourcing.
• Good understanding of potential team interactions in such projects, i.e. working with Project Managers, Service Managers, etc.
• Customer centric mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proven track record in working with and coordinating project teams in delivering technical projects remotely.
• Passion for technology and willingness to learn new skills, staying updated on collaboration and communication technologies.
• Industry recognized technical certifications are a plus (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, etc.)
• Experience working in diverse geo-cultural environments
• Experience working across multiple industries.
• Full English proficiency both written and verbal.
