Overview
We are looking for a
Digital Workplace Platforms (DWP) Solution Architect to join our growing Professional Services team within the Modern Enterprise Services division. This role is pivotal in both pre-sales and post-sales engagements—working alongside cross-functional teams to understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and support digital workplace transformations. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft 365 and related technologies to craft forward-thinking workplace architectures that enhance user experience and align with enterprise IT goals.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Participate in RFI/RFP processes, workshops, PoCs, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and SME teams to design tailored workplace solutions.
- Translate customer insights and requirements into clear technical proposals.
Client Engagement & Digital Transformation
- Act as a strategic advisor on digital workplace architecture and transformation.
- Build customer-specific roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with clients to define, refine, and deliver best-fit solutions.
Architecture, Delivery & Documentation
- Design and document scalable, secure, and user-centric workplace platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to DWP delivery teams.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the DWP service catalog and offerings.
- Support solution transition into managed services or project delivery environments.
Collaboration & Thought Leadership
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple departments and geographies.
- Communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Promote innovative workplace solutions internally and externally as a technical evangelist.
- Contribute to bid management and scope definition for managed services and project work.
Experience
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, or product management within Digital Workplace environments.
- Strong background in IT outsourcing, managed services, and enterprise transformation projects.
- Experience in a customer-facing technology consultancy role, with proven delivery of end-to-end solutions.
Technical Expertise
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, etc.) and integration with technologies such as AD, Azure AD, AADConnect, ADFS, Okta, and others.
- Experience with email hygiene, migration tools, mail relays, and identity solutions.
- Strong understanding of ITSM tools and ITIL methodology.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools is a plus.
- Technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or equivalent) are highly valued.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (other European languages are a plus).
- Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to interact confidently with C-Level executives and technical teams.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across global teams.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working in multi-national environments.
