HR Personnel (Manufacturing) – 7-Month Maternity Cover
Tuas, Singapore | Manufacturing Industry | 5-Day Work Week
Salary: SGD 4,100 – 4,700 (Based on experience & qualifications)
Contract Duration: Mid-June 2025 – Mid-January 2026
Completion Bonus: 0.5 Month Bonus Upon Successful Contract Completion
We’re on the lookout for an experienced HR Personnel to step in for a 7-month maternity cover in a manufacturing environment. If you're skilled in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance , and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace , this opportunity is for you!
✅ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Partner with hiring managers to support interviews, candidate selection & onboarding.
✅ Onboarding & Offboarding – Ensure seamless transitions for employees, handling documentation & compliance.
✅ Employee Relations – Be the go-to HR contact for employee concerns, grievances & disciplinary matters.
✅ HR Data & Reporting – Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, headcount) for informed decision-making.
✅ Compliance & Labor Laws – Ensure HR policies align with Singapore labor laws & regulatory requirements.
✅ Year-End HR Activities – Assist with performance reviews, salary adjustments & bonus processing.
✔️ 5 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR business partner role.
✔️ Manufacturing/Plant industry experience is a must.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws & HR best practices.
✔️ Excellent interpersonal & problem-solving skills – able to work with employees at all levels.
