This position reports to

Digital Solution Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also show-case your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work mode for this role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Offshore Solutions Team of Process Automation Energy Industries Division of ABB, Singapore. You will be mainly accountable for: • Participating in automation projects with customers in energy industries. • Supporting the project team to configure SCADA systems. • Programming PLCs and design HMIs/operator panels. • Preparing and updating engineering documents and test reports

Qualifications for the role

• You are currently a student of Electrical, Automation or other related Engineering course
• Possess basic knowledge of MS packages like Outlook, Word, etc.
• Available for a fulltime assignment of at least 3 months.
• You are at ease in communicating in English.
• You have work rights in Singapore.
