This position reports to

Service Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

• Supporting in Operational activities • Helping Engineers on feedback and questions with customers and documentation • Assisting with assignment of engineers and coordinating with contractors • Visiting Office and occasion site visit with engineers • Assisting in Project documentation and project managers on coordination, compilation of operation manual

Qualifications for the role

• Undergraduate in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics stream
• A quick learner and Team player
• Independent, driven go-getter
• Always thinking of new & creative ways of doing things
• An out of the box thinker / fixer and highly motivated and positive atitude
• Always ready to take on curveballs & challenges
• Has Good Project Management skill
• Strong communication skill
