Business Analyst, SAP S/4 HANA – Japanese Speaking

Responsibilities:

• Support SAP S/4 HANA maintenance and perform system updates to comply with regulatory changes across Asia and Pacific countries.
• Manage SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Gather and clarify requirements from various regional offices.
• Facilitate communication between the Japan HQ and offices in other countries to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology related field.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, particularly in the SD, MM, and FI modules.
• At least 3 years of experience in the trading industry, preferably with experience in a trading house or working with a trading house.
• At least 3 years of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) experience, with the ability to improve processes, whether system-related or not.
• Good communication skills in English and Japanese language (to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and clients).
• Proficiency in documenting business processes using tools such as PowerPoint or Visio.
• Experience with digital-related projects, including Robotics Process Automation (RPA), SuccessFactors, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics is a plus.
