SAP Project Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description:

The candidate shall have experience managing complex ERP implementation projects and shall have experience in supporting pre-sales. Able to communicate and manage CXO independently.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and coordinating the people, resources, and processes required to deliver new software or upgrade existing products.
• Identifying the requirements for new software programs and translating product requirements into work items that the team can perform.
• Managing teams of software developers that design and create software applications and web services for clients
• Delegating duties, establishing development standards, and creating a budget and timeline for the project
• Collaborating with upper-level management and developers to ensure that software applications meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in SAP - Finance / Logistics / ABAP related projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, C , HTML, SQL, and JavaScript will be advantageous.
• Experience in SAP software implementation, development and support is a must.
• Experience in SAP S/4 implementation projects.
• Experience in managing SAP software development and implementation is a must.
• Knowledge of AWS, TCP/IP, database management, and product development.
• Understanding of software development methodologies, frameworks, and technical problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, project management, and coordination skills to oversee various team members, including frontend and backend developers, quality assurance engineers, and project managers.
• Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (in order to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders and clients.)
