Job Overview:
We are looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic individual to join our preschool team as a Beginning Preschool Educator. This role is ideal for candidates who have recently obtained their early childhood qualifications and are passionate about guiding and supporting young learners in their developmental journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Observe and document children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents.
• Work closely with co-teachers and supervisors to ensure smooth classroom operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum ACEY / L1 certification in Early Childhood Care & Education.
• Passionate about working with young children.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the early childhood profession.
