RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with clients to address their financial goals and needs.
• Deliver high-quality and efficient after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen and cultivate customer relationships by providing regular updates on market trends and insights into both local and international financial products.
• Collaborate with team manager to develop monthly action plans aimed at meeting or surpassing sales targets and achieving goals for new business and customer acquisition.
• Identify and reach out to potential individual prospects.
• Manage client retention efforts and work to minimize attrition.
• Adhere to all applicable anti-money laundering procedures and promptly report any suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulations and controls set by the Bank and external regulatory bodies.
• Take on responsibilities that contribute to achieving business and financial objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking industry.
• Proven experience in account management with high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in consumer banking products, including Treasury, Equities, Funds and Insurance.
