Key Responsibilities
Strive to achieve individual financial and non-financial targets by acquiring, growing and retaining existing portfolio of Medium Enterprise customers , while keeping within acceptable risk parameters with a focus on Network Business.
Collaborate with other Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, Team Managers, Segment Heads, as well as colleagues in CDD teams and partners in Risk, Compliance, other support functions, and Product.
Understand client needs, tailor and promote products accordingly.
Share with clients the product suite (ie. Trade Services, Lending, Cash Management and Wealth).
Prepare credit proposals and loan applications for customers.
Participate in client acquisition events to expand clientele base.
Skills and requirements
University Graduate
5 years of relevant experience in serving business/commercial/corporate clients and track record in new-to-bank client acquisition.
Strong product knowledge on Trade, Cash Management, Lending and FX.
Strong understanding of local industries, supply/value chains and market environment.
Well-versed in operational procedures & documentation relating to commercial banking.
Strong understanding of Financial Statement and Credit Analysis
Experience servicing international businesses under the cross-border context.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
