Technical Manager (A1 Main Contractor)

• Up to $12,000 basic bonuses

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the site technical team (BIM, C&S, M&E, Architecture) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Maintain the design schedule by coordinating interfaces, tracking progress, resolving issues, and facilitating collaboration across design disciplines.
• Liaise with consultants and clients on design-related matters, and provide technical resolutions for the project team.
• Develop and manage the shop drawing submission schedule, primarily for RC and architectural drawings, ensuring submissions are organized and on time.
• Prepare technical proposals and documentation as required.
• Organize and chair regular technical coordination meetings to monitor progress and align efforts.
• Ensure design solutions are optimized for constructability, compliance with relevant codes and regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Ensure the construction team fully understands the latest design drawings and technical requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in large-scale civil, infrastructure, or building projects.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with reinforced concrete (RC) structural works.
• Familiarity with architectural works and coordination.
• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
