TECHNICAL MANAGER

Responsibilities:-

• Plan, schedule and coordinate project activities to meet deadline
• Support, develop and manage detailed project schedule and work plan
• Review and provide solution to technical problems as well as planning, monitoring and reporting work progress for the projects
• Co-ordinate design related matters with consultants and clients. Resolve technical problems for the project team
• Supervise and monitor site work and materials
• To attend a meeting with consultant/architect/contractor
• Provide safety briefing and training to the workers
• Upkeep all submission, response for the submission and approval
• To perform other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:-

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience
• Proven track record in construction projects
• Strong familiarity with authority submissions and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
