Job Description
· Achieve sales goal through the efficient execution of company policies.
· Maintaining necessary levels of inventory stock in the showroom.
· Counting and sorting of stocks.
· Reporting any discrepancies or damage in stocks to the supervisor or managers.
· Replenishing the stock for showroom displays.
· Looking after day to day processes that being carried out.
· Good rapport with the customer and even the colleagues.
· Clear understanding of the usage of the product, its price and design.
· Attending calls and taking telephone enquiries.
· Building customer confidence by making sales floor experience reassuring.
· Ensure the store promotion visuals on the sales floor remain appealing.
· Assist customers in testing the merchandise and explaining the features present in the products or services being retailed.
· Keep updated with the new and emerging technologies relevant to the products and services being marketed.
· Create a lasting positive impression on the store customer by showing professionalism in addressing their concerns and presenting the solutions that can address their needs.
· Follow company guidelines for managing confidential information and customer satisfaction.
· Handle cashiering duties as and when required.
Requirements
· Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
· Good communication and customer service skills.
· Able to work rotating shift
