Finance Systems Implementation Specialist (1 year/ Up to $9k)

The Opportunity

• My Client, a reputable MNC in the Manufacturing industry is looking to hire a Finance Systems & Consolidation Specialist to support the project implementation of OneStream
• Office hours: Monday - Friday
• Salary - Up to $9k! (Subjected to experience)
• 12 months contract (renewal subjected to business directions and performance)
• Candidates who are available on an immediate basis will be preferred!
• Location: Ubi (Hybrid work arrangements)

The Talent:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, either at professional firms or corporate accounting teams
• Skilled in both verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with MS Office applications with in-depth knowledge of MS Excel and other applications.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Experience with finance projects, especially OneStream system is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with EPM software , e.g. OneStream, and proficiency in SAP.

Job Description

• Contribute actively to the ongoing OneStream implementation, focusing on seamless system integration and process optimization.
• Oversee OneStream consolidation tasks, including gathering reporting packages, validating subsidiary financials, preparing elimination and adjustment entries, and working closely with subsidiary teams to ensure alignment with IFRS standards.
• Lead efforts to streamline and improve group-wide consolidation processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Facilitate the separation of Business Units by generating standalone trial balances and conducting BU-level consolidations within the system.
• Support the implementation of OneStream to enhance management reporting capabilities and advance FP&A transformation efforts.
• Promote a collaborative team environment, drive technical excellence, and strengthen cross-functional cooperation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
