Job Responsibilities: -
Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate databases.
Efficiently prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and contracts to ensure timely execution.
Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate value to clients.
Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain and regularly update customer records within the CRM system to uphold accuracy and completeness.
Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding outstanding orders or inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collect, analyze, and report on sales data to identify trends and provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
Manage inventory records and collaborate with the inventory team to assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.
Ensure that all sales-related documentation is thorough and adheres to company policies and compliance standards.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives effectively.
Facilitate communication and workflow by liaising with other departments as necessary.
Job Requirements:-
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
