Aftersales Service Engineer

  • Act as a point of contact for the GM, Engineering teams, the customers, and the contractors.
  • To facilitate aftersales service calls optimally attended and logged.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and adhere to the timelines and guidelines by aftersales support regime (VORs, Campaigns, Warranty & Services).
  • Produce, develop and monitor Engineering schedules in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Discuss the progress of the engineering tasks with the internally.
  • Ensure weekly/monthly reports are aligned and timely.
  • Facilitation parts required for the VORs/Warranty & Campaigns for usage and recorded.
  • Communicate on a regular basis with the part planers to ensure material arrives on time.
  • Be confident in negotiating with contractors.
  • Receive calls and emails from customers and action in line with policy guidance
  • Deploy engineering resource as required to cover customer requests and allocate jobs accordingly on the
  • Comply with Company HSE standards and maintain clean/orderly work areas.
  • Embark & train on the next phase of Zero mission technology in Automotive
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
