Job Description
As an ID Administrator Intern, gain hands-on experience in Windows/Active Directory user account management. This internship provides comprehensive exposure to identity and access control processes, security protocols, and cross-functional collaboration in a professional IT environment.
Core Responsibilities
Account Management: Create, delete, reset, and manage user accounts and access permissions in Windows/Active Directory and applications
Request Processing: Review and implement user account requests, ensuring information accuracy and compliance with security policies
Documentation: Maintain organized records of account changes for auditing and reference
User Support: Respond to account-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues
Security Compliance: Follow protocols for secure access management and participate in user ID revalidation
Team Collaboration: Work with IT teams and other departments to ensure timely, quality service delivery
Issue Escalation: Identify and communicate problems requiring additional attention to appropriate support teams
Required Qualifications
A full time matriculated student
Able to commit a 5 weekday internship attachment with a minimum 3 months commitment , longer commitment beyond 3 months is welcomed
