Key Responsibilities

• Prepare AMACHA’s signature drinks according to SOP and presentation standards
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service while introducing products to guests
• Ensure proper stock management, cleanliness, and hygiene of workstations
• Support daily operations including opening/closing duties and cashiering
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to educate customers
• Follow food safety and workplace safety guidelines

Who We’re Looking For

• Singaporeans/PRs preferred (Career Future applicants)
• Minimum 1 year of F&B or customer-facing experience preferred
• Friendly, positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work retail hours (including weekends/public holidays)
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for tea, service, and making guests feel welcome
