Responsible for ensuring smooth and effective daily investment operations, including accurate allocation of units, timely trade settlements, and issue resolution.
Maintain relevant schedules and reports while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Ensure effective daily operations, including trade dealing, settlement, pricing, corporate actions, and issue resolution within the set timelines.
Reconcile unit holdings and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
Manage and ensure timely settlement of investment receivables and payables.
Oversee the opening and closing of custody and affiliated cash accounts, ensuring processes are completed within the established timeline.
Prepare and maintain investment operation schedules, reconciliations, and reports in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Support KYC compliance reporting and handle related requests from investment counterparties.
Manage account maintenance tasks and respond to ad-hoc requests from fund managers and custodians.
Assist with regulatory reporting, tax-related requests, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years in investment operations
Solid understanding of accounting standards and fund accounting/investment operations
Experience with AS400 and/or SUN accounting systems
