Junior Project Manager - Digital Transformation (1 year contract)

• 1 year contract
• Support the Digital Transformation Lead in rolling out new platforms and capabilities, while also managing existing distribution platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with Engineers, Business Analysts, Tech Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on business requirements.
• Lead requirement discussions and review user stories to ensure business needs are accurately documented and addressed.
• Ensure high-quality delivery by partnering with Technology and Quality Assurance teams during UAT reviews and sign-offs, confirming operational readiness for each release.
• Track and prioritize identified defects, working with the development team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in creating training materials and communications for new platform launches/releases, ensuring business preparedness and promoting adoption.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and escalate risks or issues as needed, following up on action items and mitigation plans.
